Return Process

    Notify Our Team

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

    Request a Return Authorization

    Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address for our manufacturing facility.

  • 3.
    Package Your Blinds

    Carefully repackage the blinds in their original internal packaging and sturdy outer box to ensure the product is protected during transit back to us.

  • 4.
    Resolution and Refund

    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
