How do I measure my windows for blinds?
We provide comprehensive measuring guides for every product type. Simply use a metal tape measure to record the width and drop in three places, then use the smallest measurement for an inside-recess fit or the largest for an outside-recess fit.
Do you offer free fabric samples?
Yes, we offer a free sample service so you can see the color, texture, and light-filtering properties of our fabrics in your own home before placing a full order.
What is the standard delivery time for custom blinds?
Most of our made-to-measure blinds are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because our products are custom-made to your specific dimensions, we start production very quickly. Please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of ordering if you need to make any adjustments.
