The Story
One of Morris’ most popular designs, the iconic Strawberry Thief was first designed in 1883.
William Morris appropriately named this design after the thrushes he caught stealing strawberries from his kitchen garden. The beautiful design features a wonderful array of foliage, birds and of course, strawberries.
With reds, blues and greens on an elegant dark background, the Strawberry Thief Jewel Curtains from our William Morris range, in collaboration with the V&A, is simply breathtaking.
